Registration Fees

The registration fee includes entry to all official Congress sessions, the exhibition and poster area, the Opening Ceremony as well as coffee breaks and official Congress documentation.

*Proof of student status is required, and must accompany your registration form.

Accommodation

All prices displayed include breakfast and 8% VAT. Any additional costs will be at the client's own expense.

The registration and the accommodation reservation should be made through the online registration form.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or change must be notified to Viajes Iberia Congresos by written form to ester.lopez@viajesiberia.com

Refunds will be processed after the conference.

Registration:

Cancellations received before September 1st, 2011 will receive an 80% refund.

No refund will be granted for cancellations received after September 1st, 2011.

Accommodation:

For cancellations received before August 17th, 2011 the deposit will be refunded, less a handling fee of 50 €.

For cancellations received between August 17th and October 1st one night will be charged as the penalty fee.

For cancellations/reductions in the number of nights received from October 1st or no-show, the entire booking period will be charged.
